Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients, primarily through face-to-face interactions, addressing their branch and rental requirements. This role involves acquiring knowledge through local training and practical experience to offer administrative assistance, serve customers effectively, and act as a rental backup in a non-airport branch setting.
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome all clients with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive.
- Encourage clients to check for personal items and document any found belongings with relevant details.
- Communicate rental charges clearly and provide accurate receipts to clients.
- Offer courteous information regarding transportation options to the airport terminal.
- Solicit feedback on service quality and document any customer dissatisfaction.
- Conduct discreet inspections of incoming vehicles for damages and guide clients to complete necessary reports.
- Verify if vehicles are returned with a full tank of fuel using appropriate communication.
- Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by clients.
- Identify vehicles on system hold for various reasons and ensure their proper movement within the lot.
- Tag vehicles flagged for maintenance and confirm their relocation to designated areas.
- Maintain an organized lot to facilitate easy access and traffic flow.
- Understand the processes related to coverage options, rental agreements, and additional charges.
- Familiarize oneself with the damage reporting procedures.

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess two years of college education or a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license is essential for this role.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required, with no sponsorship needed.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the job location.
- Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
