About the Role

LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with our service teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales and service strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strong client relationships.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
