Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
Working Conditions
This position requires standing for long periods, walking, and bending. The ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push/pull merchandise is also required.
