Position Overview

New Hire Bonus up to $1000

As the Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the management of daily operations within the Food & Beverage department. Your responsibilities will include training, guiding, and evaluating the performance of team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management and control.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of food and beverage areas.
  • Assist in the formulation of departmental budgets and monitor spending to ensure compliance with financial goals.
  • Contribute to the development of menu items and recipes for food and beverage outlets.
  • Establish work priorities and departmental objectives.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.
  • Facilitate communication with various departments and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk to predict inventory requirements based on occupancy levels.
  • Act as a liaison with colleagues, suppliers, and health department officials.
  • Ensure adherence to state food, liquor, and sanitation regulations.
  • Work closely with management to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction across food and beverage outlets.
  • Store chemicals and supplies in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Maintain a high rating with the Health Department.

Qualifications

What We Seek:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the culinary field.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in the culinary field.
  • State/county-specific Health Card.
  • State/county-specific Food Handlers Card.
  • State/county-specific Alcohol Awareness Training Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol.
  • Advanced mathematical skills for weights, measures, and cash handling.
