Company Overview: HPM Building Supply is looking for a dedicated full-time Retail Operations Supervisor to support the Branch Manager in leading the Retail team. This role is essential in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while maintaining high operational standards in a dynamic building materials supply environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously evaluate staffing, inventory, retail strategies, and marketing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the retail staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Typical Work Schedule:

The standard hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work at the designated location.
  • Prior experience in customer service within a retail setting is mandatory.
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
