Position Overview
As a vital member of the Store Management team, the Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in fulfilling CVS Health's mission of enhancing health outcomes by ensuring effective store operations and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Operations Supervisor will:
  • Oversee daily store management and enforce company policies.
  • Manage sales and inventory processes to optimize performance.
  • Lead staffing, training, and development initiatives for store personnel.
  • Champion customer service excellence throughout the store.

Essential Duties
  • Provide leadership and direction to store teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Assign tasks and supervise store crew activities to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Communicate essential information to team members promptly and clearly.
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing action plans for operational enhancements.

Customer Engagement
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Promote a culture of outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and supervisory abilities.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this position is $29.00 per hour. This range reflects the base hourly rate for all roles within this job grade. Actual salary offers will vary based on factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
