Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our fast-growing sales team at Snyk. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in enterprise sales. You will be responsible for coaching, managing, and developing a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets. You will also be responsible for recruiting top talent, efficiently ramping new hires, and motivating and developing the careers of your direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Coach, manage, and develop the careers of sales representatives
  • Recruit top talent to join the sales team
  • Efficiently ramp new hires to achieve sales targets

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong background in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
