  • Leverage Multiple Sourcing Strategies and Channels
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to Understand Their Hiring Needs and Goals
  • Provide Insight to Hiring Managers Regarding Salary Expectations
  • Prepare Screening Questions and Evaluate Candidate Qualifications
  • Conduct Phone and Preliminary Interviews
  • Oversee and Schedule Interviews for Hiring Managers

Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Technical Recruiting Experience
  • 5 Years of Managing HR or Recruiting Staff
  • AA in Human Resources or Related Field (BS Preferred)
  • Experience in Government Contracting and Government Contract Recruiting
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Federal HR Compliance
  • ATS Experience (ISolved Preferred)
  • Excellent Relationship Building and Client Services Skills
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented
  • Flexible, Versatile, and Works Well Under Pressure
  • Strong Sense of Urgency and Ability to Prioritize
  • Ability to Adapt to Changing Requirements
