Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously for STP in Portsmouth, NH. The ideal candidate will have experience managing lead personnel and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with General Superintendent regarding job progress and specific needs.
  • Contact job site crews to ensure projects are on track.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by identifying hazards and conducting daily safety meetings.
  • Keep accurate records, including daily logs, schedules, and timecards.
  • Document safety issues, equipment damage, and workplace injuries.

Requirements:

  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification.
  • Ability to read and analyze policies, reports, and construction plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and iPad/iPhone.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
