Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support multiple Project Managers on neighborhood developments in New Hampshire. This role involves managing subcontracts, reviewing plans, and ensuring each project is completed on time and on budget.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role, with exposure to neighborhood development or residential projects. They will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to follow structured processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support multiple Project Managers with various tasks, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and budget tracking.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring all parties meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Regularly review project plans and documentation, identifying and troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Utilize Procore and MS Office to track project updates, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations, fostering a safe working environment on all job sites.
