Job Summary:

Loureiro Building Construction, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team in Portsmouth, NH. As a Construction Management Intern, you will assist in all aspects of construction projects, including start-up, scheduling, submittals, quality control, project safety, cost control, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Estimators, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents in performing quantity take-offs, soliciting quotes, scheduling, submittals, reviewing and coordinating subcontractor/material supplier quotes/subcontracts/POs, preparing project-specific health and safety documents, and assisting in the coordination of self-performed work.
  • Attend job meetings and assist with various reports, work plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Create, set up, and maintain project filing systems.

Requirements:
  • Junior or Senior attending College or University studying Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience in site/concrete/remediation/building construction project and/or civil engineering experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Flexible, well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking skills.
