Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary:
WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple strategic and tactical projects under the guidance of the IT Manager of Business Engagement. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing progressively complex IT projects and must be highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects ranging in size and technical complexity from small to large, including enterprise-wide projects
Manage assigned project(s) by overseeing the phases of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing
Create a competitive advantage through IT by enabling process improvements focused on the team's speed, efficiency, quality, and agility
Lead project teams through the requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment in terms of scope, complexity, schedule, and resources
Proactively manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
Work to control change, adjust the timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes
Analyze current PM methodologies and implement changes to increase speed and quality of delivery
Be an agent of change and a source of positive influence
Ensure consistency, quality, accountability, and high standards in all projects
Provide workflow direction, technical guidance, project assignments, training, and performance input of staff in both the technical and professional aspects of their performance
Produce status and milestone reports, including critical path analysis
Matrix management of work stream leaders
Track inter-dependencies of work streams
Leverage expertise to develop and present options and recommendations for implementation strategies/action plans across multiple projects
Direct the activities of cross-functional program teams through facilitation and coordination of meetings and distribution of information
Schedule and cost development, including variance
Develop, monitor, and actively manage a task-level Microsoft Project Enterprise Schedule/Plan, including the gathering of time estimates and cost estimates as input to the schedule and the budget and resource plan
Assist the IT Manager in negotiating complex technical and business issues
Ensure that internal company project methodology standards are consistently adhered to
Ensure that solutions are transitioned appropriately to the support team through company-defined processes

Qualifications:
Develop progressive and integrated baseline project plans, adapting estimating models if required
Aggressively pursue multiple priorities, issues, and constraints, and where conflict arises, mediate and work with project teams to resolve, and escalate when warranted to seek support
Anticipate operational and tactical risks and effectively track and manage these throughout the project lifecycle
Employ appropriate governance, compliance, and risk oversight on all projects under management
Ensure that quality is embedded in all project processes, activities, and deliverables from start to finish
Be able to pull teams of resource contributors together to plan out in more detail what is needed to accomplish the business objectives
Must be able to create detailed project plans to ensure successful project completion
Must create and maintain ongoing documentation related to scope, business requirements, status, and all other essential project documentation
Must be able to influence and persuade individuals and/or groups to common ground solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent planning and time management skills
Excellent leadership abilities

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related discipline required
Minimum of 10 years of general IT project management experience
Must have experience managing Agile (Scrum and Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid projects
Expert-level knowledge with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Teams is required
Experience managing teams, including remote team members
Must have at least one of the following certifications: PMP, MPM, CSM, CSPM, AgilePM
