About the Role

As a highly skilled Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury homes and residential projects. With a strong background in carpentry and a keen eye for detail, you will be able to effectively manage a team of tradespeople and ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in residential construction
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam
