Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Welcome patients to the practice and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
* Manage the clinic schedule and patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient check-in and check-out processes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
* Ensure the practice and working areas are clean and stocked, and report any issues to management
* Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and other staff members as needed
* Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in front desk or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Proficiency in G-Suite and other administrative software
* Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Weekend availability required
