Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at WinnCompanies. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our property management operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our property management team, including maintaining files, ordering office supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with property operations, including creating check requests, filing paid invoices, and distributing resident requests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and manage all aspects of front desk duties.
  • Update the property management team on existing or potential problems, and complete special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in property management industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
