Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Bellantoni. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Phone Management: Answer and redirect phone calls to the relevant departments, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Logbook Maintenance: Maintain a logbook of all calls and messages received, providing a record of customer interactions for higher management.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings with higher management, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that meetings run smoothly.
  • Visitor Management: Manage the visitor's list, ensuring that all visitors are properly registered and that their presence is recorded.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or high school diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years of working experience as a Customer Service Representative or relevant position.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a pleasant personality.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail.
