Global Account Support Manager

**About the Job
The Corporate Account Support Manager is a key role within our national account business unit, responsible for developing, managing, and delivering support services to drive business growth.
This role represents and promotes products and services to individuals or other organizations, ensuring effective dissemination of information and fostering strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will lead a team of five to ten direct reports, planning, prioritizing, and directing their responsibilities to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain contract data in our system, including pricing, rebates, accrual levels, cost savings, pay terms, etc.
- Keep management and field personnel informed of activities, projects, proposals, agreement changes, etc.
- Develop pre-sales contract strategies and collaborate with sales and business management to structure proposals, contracts, and bid documents.
- Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations from contracting parties.
- Lead teams responding to customer proposal requests, working closely with Corporate Account Managers & support team.
- Generate customized spreadsheet and database reports.
- Oversee policy and strategy implementation for short-term results.
- Coordinate sales force training on sales-related systems and databases.
- Hold sales force accountable for pricing, contracts, request for proposals, etc.
**Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced professional with a bachelor's degree and five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience. The ideal candidate should possess:
- A solid understanding of sales contract language and terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence others regarding policies and procedures.
