Job Title: Account Management Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Director to join our team. As an Account Management Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing support services for our national account business unit.

About the Role:

  • You will represent and promote products and services to individuals or other organizations, supporting business growth by disseminating information.
  • Lead a team of five to ten direct reports and prioritize their responsibilities.
  • Implement and maintain contract data in our system, including pricing, rebates, accrual levels, cost savings, pay terms, etc.
  • Keep management and field personnel informed about activities, projects, proposals, agreement changes, etc.
  • Develop pre-sales contract strategies and work closely with sales and business management to structure proposals, contracts, and bid documents.
  • Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations from contracting parties.
  • Generate customized spreadsheet and database reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and five to ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Business Intelligence Tools, and ERP System application.
  • Basic understanding of sales contract language and terms.
  • Ability to influence others regarding policies and procedures.
  • Somewhat frequent travel is required.

Compensation: We offer an excellent benefits package, which includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay. The estimated salary for this role is around $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
