Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Firco Compliance Analyst to join our team as a Application Specialist. This is a long-term contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading banking client and contribute to the success of their Ficro Compliance Link application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with RDS business teams to gain a deep understanding of their processes, plans, and technology solutions.
  • Evaluate and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to solve problems.
  • Manage ongoing communication with project staff and technical stakeholders to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create and manage solution requirements packages to support business requirements, including use cases, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, interface mock-ups, process models, workflow storyboards, and requirements traceability.

Deliverables:

  • Application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation.
  • Requirements management and documentation.
  • Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
  • Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans, and drive SIT and UAT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of requirements (technical and functional) and solutions, including creating requirements documentation and high-level solution designs.
  • Experience operating in a quality control capacity.
  • Experience working in a project-focused organization with Agile methodology.
  • Understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools, and deliverables, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Firco Compliance Link.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
