Saxon Global seeks a Financial Services Compliance Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with Firco Compliance Link and a strong understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools, and deliverables.

Job Description

The Firco Compliance Analyst role involves working with RDS business to ensure understanding and utilization of product's inherent capabilities. You will evaluate and analyze business requirements, elicit information to help identify business needs and objectives, and propose solutions to solve problems.

This position is remote and a long-term contract. As a Financial Services Compliance Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them.
  • Understand the full product solution, its capabilities, and how it is used by RDS to support users and provide analysis and recommendations for future uses and solutions to support the business.
  • Manage on-going communication and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and comprehensive manner to project staff, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Create and manage Solution Requirements Package supporting Business Requirements:

Use Cases and/or User Stories
Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
Interface Mock-ups and attributes
Process Models and descriptions
Workflow Storyboards
Requirements Traceability Deliverables

  • Application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation
  • Requirements management and documentation
  • Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
  • Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drive SIT and UAT

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Financial Services Compliance Specialist, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of requirements (technical and functional) and solutions. Create requirements documentation and high-level solution designs. Identify potential impacts of the solutions to our environment.
  • Experience operating in a quality control capacity.
  • Experience working in a project-focused organization, Agile methodology.
  • Excellent oral and written communicator.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • 3+ years of experience working with Firco Compliance Link
