Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patients and/or their families with payments and assist those with financial hardship in the most cost-effective means possible.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to resolve billing and insurance-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulations and guidelines related to patient financial services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient financial services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
