- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal staff, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company guidelines.
- Manage the computerized security access system, updating and monitoring security access cards as needed.
- Ensure all visitors are logged in and issued with visitor passes, and that hosts are informed of their arrival.
- Monitor entrance to the building and office areas, maintaining a clutter-free environment during business hours.
- Inspect front entrance doors to ensure proper and secure operation, reporting any issues to the Office & Facilities Services Coordinator and Site Leader.
- Arrange transportation for clients and visitors as required.
- Receive and distribute packages and mail, scanning and emailing priority documents as needed.
- Prepare and send mail and packages, maintaining a list of recipients' email addresses, physical addresses, and fax numbers.
- Process outgoing mail and packages for daily pickup.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
