Front Desk Coordinator

Fortrea is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our team and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and professional experience for all who enter our building.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a professional and courteous reception service to all visitors, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Manage the security access system, ensuring that all clients and visitors are logged in and issued with visitor passes as needed.
- Monitor the entrance to the building and office areas, ensuring they are always tidy and free of clutter during business hours.
- Inspect the front entrance doors and card access system regularly, reporting any issues to the Office & Facilities Services Coordinator and Site Leader.
- Book taxis or shuttle services for clients and visitors as required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute packages and mail to individuals on-site or forward to the appropriate recipients.
- Scan and email mail, such as AP invoices and legal correspondence, as needed.
- Prepare postage and send mail and packages as required.
- Forward incoming faxes.
- Maintain a list of recipients' email addresses, physical addresses, and fax numbers for package, fax, and digital mail deliveries.
- Process all outgoing mail and packages for pickup daily.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of computer programs, including MS Word and Excel.
