Key Responsibilities
Manage, schedule, and budget assigned project tasks independently.

Define, supervise, and facilitate the implementation of sophisticated building automation systems, focusing on extensive networks, third-party integrations, and intricate systems.

Act as a technical authority for system troubleshooting and definition, both remotely and on-site as required.

Provide comprehensive design and operational information to the field installation team.

Evaluate submitted materials, including DDC modules, field sensors, control devices, and related software algorithms to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Create tailored software and graphical solutions for specific project needs, aligned with business requirements.
Offer troubleshooting and technical assistance to the installation operations team.
Execute and oversee commissioning tasks within budgetary constraints.

Assist the operations manager and field supervisor in training and mentoring team members on documentation practices, field procedures, and HVAC and Smart Building automation.

Serve as a liaison between the field installation team and engineering team, focusing on third-party integrations.
Diagnose communication and control issues to ensure a seamless customer network upon project completion.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years of experience in the HVAC controls sector.
1+ years of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Willingness to travel over 25% of the typical workweek, including air travel, overnight stays, and unexpected travel, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment exceeding 8 feet and lift items up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commissioning and a solid understanding of HVAC Systems and Building Controls, with the capability to navigate third-party control systems and integrations.

Familiarity with major building controls manufacturers and software programming/integration.
Experience managing multiple simultaneous challenges across various disciplines.
A collaborative team player who prioritizes the customer's needs above all else.
