Job Description

Job Title: Sr Customer Success Mgr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at PayPal. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our merchant customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant customers, including C-suite and product owners
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address them
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide regular business reviews and insights to stakeholders, including sales and product teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of customer success or account servicing experience with complex, enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple customers, developing opportunities, and exceeding new business targets
  • Proven consultative sales abilities and proven ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborating across multiple departments and influencing all levels within an organization
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
  • Prior payments knowledge preferred
  • Success in a start-up experience and/or sales role a plus
