Customer Success Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Dealpath. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers adopt and utilize Dealpath to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized customer success plans to ensure customer adoption and retention.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of Dealpath.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with commercial real estate firms is a plus.
