Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor who will play a crucial role in executing our internal audit functions, essential for a publicly traded company on the NYSE. This position involves collaboration with co-sourced partners to enhance and uphold our SOX internal control framework, focusing on design, documentation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate collaborative and trustworthy relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
2. Maintain and refresh the risk and control matrix for the company's internal control framework.
3. Provide valuable insights and process enhancements to promote efficiency and consistency across business units.
4. Identify practical remediation strategies in partnership with management and monitor the status of these initiatives.
5. Collaborate closely with control owners to ensure the completion of process documentation and control testing.
6. Guide control owners in recognizing risks, strengthening controls, and optimizing processes.
7. Execute audit projects from risk assessment through to remediation validation.
8. Leverage data analytics and automation to broaden audit coverage and enhance efficiency.
9. Mentor and develop staff, including involvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
10. Deliver audit services that consistently enhance the control environment to achieve operational excellence.
11. Assist with special projects as directed by the Audit Committee or Management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of audit or equivalent experience. Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and COSO Internal Control framework.
- Understanding of the Institute of Internal Audit Standards for the Professional Practice of Auditing and control frameworks such as COSO.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
- Preferred certifications include CIA, CPA, CISA, or similar.
- Experience with data analysis tools for audit work is preferred.
- Proficiency in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls over key IT risks is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and AuditBoard is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-20%).

Benefits and Compensation:
This role offers hybrid work flexibility. The salary range is $71,800 - $108,100, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and profit sharing contingent on company performance, along with other benefits supporting the well-being of employees and their families.
