SERVPRO of St. Paul Central West is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator.

The Project Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for clients to determine project needs and specifications while managing and organizing projects and supporting team members. If you possess self-motivation, organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities, you may excel in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and clear communication regarding projects with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in budget creation and facilitate communication between the Project Manager and contractors
  • Oversee daily project activities, including status monitoring, audits, and ongoing work
  • Utilize estimating software to create preliminary cost estimates
  • Review and confirm job site documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to guarantee comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout
  • Work collaboratively with other departments as required

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of construction experience
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or office-related roles
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

This position is primarily sedentary within a dynamic office environment. Some filing duties may require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Successful completion of a background check is required, subject to applicable law.
