Join Our Team at IES Residential as a Warranty Service Administrative Coordinator
IES Residential is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our dynamic warranty service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for enhancing operational efficiency, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of service teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone communications.
- Draft and manage correspondence with builders and homeowners.
- Maintain and update files, records, and other essential documents.
- Utilize data entry skills and critical thinking in daily tasks.
Training Provided: We offer comprehensive training on our scheduling software.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Experience Required: 0-2 years
Additional Duties:
- Assist with permit coordination tasks.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Reliability and dependability are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and record-keeping abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with internet tools for communication and data collection.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Service Titan Software and knowledge of local permit application processes are advantageous but not mandatory.
