Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our front office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our center. Your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to our front office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.
- Managing payroll and HR-related administration for all center associates, including processing payroll, benefits, and time-off requests.
- Maintaining accounts receivable and payable accounts, including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in an administrative or operations role.
- 1+ year of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, preferably in a similar role.
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy.
