We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic and hyper-successful team at Dogwood Realty Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to clients, boosting satisfaction levels and sales volume.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities in specific regions to drive team growth and increase sales.
  • Purchase Offers: Prepare purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process and ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Lead Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads to expand sales prospects and increase revenue.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market to address client inquiries and provide expert advice.

Requirements:

  • Prior Sales Experience: Prior successful sales experience is preferable, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written) are essential for success in this role.
  • Adaptability: Openness to acquiring new skills, tools, and technologies is a must.
  • Organization: Excellent organization and time management abilities are required to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Self-Driven: Self-driven, motivated, and eager for professional development are essential qualities for this role.
