Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Representative to join our team at YMP Real Estate Management LLC. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with prospects and residents, and assisting with leasing and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our apartment community and amenities, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and guests.
  • Show Apartment Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of our show apartments to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Leasing and Marketing: Handle all aspects of leasing apartments, including prospect contacts, market surveys, and rental payments.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized office files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
  • Marketing Events: Assist in planning and executing marketing and leasing events to promote our community.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School education or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with apartment leasing or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
