Position Overview/Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our clients, addressing both hardware and software issues
  • Document and respond to customer requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
  • Monitor work queues to ensure work requests are handled promptly
  • Collaborate with other team members, development, and technical staff on complex issues

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT experience in a large environment
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows Active Directory
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of networking principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
