Position Overview
BHE GT&S is seeking a dedicated LNG Facility Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations at our LNG facility. This role is essential in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable functioning of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
The LNG Facility Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory standards, including FERC, PHMSA, NFPA, USCG, and EPA.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive equipment records, maintenance plans, procedures, schedules, and testing documentation within the Maximo Maintenance Asset Management System.
  • Participating in daily and monthly planning meetings to provide insights and coordinate work activities effectively.
  • Facilitating the scheduling of outages, vendor services, and equipment shutdowns.
  • Preparing both automated and manual work order packages, researching maintenance history, and identifying necessary parts to ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Conducting walk-downs to verify engineering documents and assess plant conditions.
  • Determining material, manpower, and service requirements while managing capital and operational costs within the work order system.
  • Collaborating with technicians, supervisors, and operators to clarify issues related to scope, materials, and testing requirements.
  • Creating requisitions in Maximo and Oracle for services, materials, and parts for emergent work.
  • Monitoring work activities to identify and resolve scheduling impacts and conflicts.
  • Ensuring that priorities and compliance requirements are communicated effectively.
  • Submitting necessary reports to comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Experience in maintenance roles, leading or supervising in power generation, LNG production/processing, or petrochemical industries.
  • A formal craft training program completion is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Maximo and Oracle systems.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an industrial environment, particularly in process/product chemical engineering or operations, or power plant operations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DOT, FERC, NFPA, USCG, and EPA.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a quick adaptability to new software.
  • Experience with SAP/Maximo is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of craft specialties and LNG operations.
  • Training in environmental, safety, operations, and security procedures.

Education
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, although candidates with substantial related experience may be considered.

Licenses and Certifications
Must maintain a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card in good standing.
