JOB DESCRIPTION

BHE GT&S is seeking a dedicated LNG Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our LNG facility.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position plays a crucial role in the Maintenance Planning Department, focusing on:

  • Coordinating scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining comprehensive equipment records, maintenance plans, and schedules using the Maximo Maintenance Asset Management System.
  • Participating in daily and monthly planning meetings to align work activities.
  • Facilitating the scheduling of outages, vendor services, and equipment shutdowns.
  • Preparing detailed work order packages and researching maintenance history to ensure timely execution of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Conducting walk-downs to verify engineering documents and assess operational conditions.
  • Determining resource requirements while managing capital and operational costs.
  • Collaborating with technicians, supervisors, and operators to clarify project scopes and material needs.
  • Creating requisitions for services and materials necessary for emergent work.
  • Monitoring work activities to identify and address scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and submitting necessary reports.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in maintenance roles within power generation, LNG production, or petrochemical industries.
  • Completion of a formal craft training program.
  • Familiarity with Maximo and Oracle systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The position requires:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial setting related to process engineering or operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DOT, FERC, NFPA, USCG, and EPA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must maintain a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
