As a key member of our team at Constellation Energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Directly responsible for the supervision, assignment, and coordination of Maintenance Division activities to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, site, and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Interface with Schedulers and Planners: Interfaces with the department schedulers and planners to plan and execute work.
  • Provide Recommendations and Support: Provides recommendations on training, procedure changes, and other needs to support safe and efficient execution of work activities.
  • Participate in Emergency Planning: Participates as an Emergency Plan team member.
Requirements
  • 6 Years of Related Experience: 6 years related experience of which 4 years are in the craft he/she supervises.
  • Leadership Assessment: Must have completed a positive Leadership Assessment (FLS).
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
