JOB SUMMARY

BHE GT&S is seeking a dedicated LNG Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational integrity of our LNG facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will assist the Maintenance Planning Department in maintaining safe, efficient, and financially viable operations at the LNG facility. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating scheduled inspections and corrective maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining comprehensive equipment records, maintenance strategies, procedures, and schedules using the Maximo Maintenance Asset Management System.
  • Participating in daily and monthly planning meetings to align work activities.
  • Facilitating the scheduling of outages, vendor services, and equipment shutdowns.
  • Preparing detailed work order packages and researching maintenance history to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conducting site assessments to verify engineering documentation and evaluate plant conditions.
  • Determining material, manpower, and service needs while managing capital and operational costs.
  • Collaborating with technicians, supervisors, and operators to clarify project scopes and material requirements.
  • Creating requisitions for services and materials for urgent work through Maximo and Oracle.
  • Monitoring work activities to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with communication of priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Submitting necessary reports to adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in maintenance roles within power generation, LNG production, or petrochemical sectors is highly desirable. A formal craft training program completion is advantageous. Familiarity with Maximo and Oracle systems is also preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial environment related to process/product chemical engineering or operations, or power plant operations is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficiency in regulatory requirements, including DOT, FERC, NFPA, USCG, and EPA is preferred. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are necessary, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively within a team.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must maintain a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card. All employees must be capable of performing essential job functions with or without accommodation.
