Job Title: National Account Manager

Spectrum Brands is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct business reviews and present results to management
  • Develop and manage account-specific promotional plans
  • Recommend opportunities for increased penetration and growth
  • Establish and maintain effective call programs
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service programs
  • Forecast and partner with cross-functional teams to align on supply controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 5-7 years direct sales/field experience
  • Direct selling experience with key customers required
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
