Join Our Team as a National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing national customers and driving sales growth across various product categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing functions to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers to maximize Church & Dwight results
  • Manage the business through broker partners to achieve strategic goals
  • Provide leadership and direction to broker teams to execute division goals and objectives
  • Responsible for overall financial management, including Siebel, Trade Spend, Deductions, Slotting, and SG&A
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience selling within the CPG industry
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managing national retailers across categories
  • Experience managing broker networks preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, and Trade Promotion Management
