About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives with our national customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales, trade-spending, and profit goals
  • Manage and analyze syndicated and consumption data to inform business decisions
  • Lead and support broker partners to achieve Church & Dwight's strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers to maximize results
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing functions to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years of experience in CPG sales; 3-5 years of experience managing national retailers
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
