Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Account Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base. This position requires a strong understanding of customer requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain existing customer account base through order management, pricing, credit, service issues, and quality.
• Develop new business opportunities through account development, order history, product knowledge, SLA's, inventory, sales performance, cost to serve, and inbound lead qualification.
• Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape, including market trends, pricing, products, delivery schedules, and service platforms.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to leverage technology, where appropriate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a CRM system.
• Sales experience, particularly in a B2B environment.
• Prior export experience.
• Bilingual capabilities (English, French, and Spanish) a plus.
