Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager

Domtar is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing customer relationships through order management, pricing, credit, service issues, and quality.
  • Develop new business opportunities through account development, order history, product knowledge, SLAs, inventory, sales performance, and cost to serve.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, including pricing, products, delivery schedules, and service platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in an inside or outside sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a CRM system.
  • Sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Prior export experience.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English, French, and Spanish).
