About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Hilti North America. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth through strategic account planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales performance, and account activity

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to demonstrate products to customers
  • Excellent time and territory management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company car
