Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team at Aleron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and relationship management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple customer accounts and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other departments to meet contractual commitments, production schedules, and resolve problems.
  • Review and confirm customer contractual and PO requirements.
  • Work with and provide guidance to the CA and SE assigned to the customer.
  • Monitor, contest, and improve customer account scorecard data.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing bookings forecast and plan.
  • As a member of the Customer Support Team (CST), work as part of a team to address all product line issues, including production, engineering, delivery, sales, and quality.
  • Prepare quotes and pricing for submittal to the Sales Manager.
  • Lead customer OOR discussions to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to the customer.
  • Support/lead customer visits both onsite and externally as requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
  • Five (5+) years related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
