The Staffing Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing our organization's human resources functions. This position involves developing and executing staffing strategies that align with legal requirements and internal policies. Key responsibilities include assessing staffing needs, creating work schedules, and collaborating with recruitment agencies to meet employee demands. Additionally, this role encompasses managing the onboarding process for new hires, overseeing personnel file management, providing administrative support, coordinating benefits, and performing other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and screen candidates for open roles.
  • Build a talent pipeline for designated positions using various sourcing methods, including outreach and social media.
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding training, benefits, and company policies.
  • Coordinate the vetting process for all candidates and facilitate orientation for new team members.
  • Compile new-hire documentation and prepare weekly reports for leadership review.
  • Maintain records in the human resources information system, updating status forms as necessary.
  • Participate in a monthly on-call rotation.
  • Provide customer service by responding to incoming phone inquiries.
  • Track and maintain timekeeping records.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluency in English.
  • Completion of two or more years of college-level education; a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative support role, HR assistance, or a related position involving clerical duties.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
