Job Summary
RHA Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Chief Human Resources Officer to provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the HR function and operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the people strategy and prioritized objectives that support the vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the people strategy and prioritized objectives that support the vision of the company
• Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Field HR, and Employee Relations
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues
• Ensure the company has a high-quality network of HR vendors and partners
• Act as a leading change agent for the company, continually assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, proactively seeking viable solutions, and communicating effectively across the company to drive performance and meaningful change
• Build a highly effective, strategic, and responsive talent acquisition function for the enterprise, ensuring legal risks are minimized, and the company is attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified candidates at the volume and speed required to meet business objectives
• Identify and meet the workforce needs of the company, maximizing workforce development and performance, delivering efficient and effective HR services
• Develop, revise, and communicate the company's Human Resource policies; write and review the company's employee Human Resources manuals as needed
• Lead the creation and implementation of non-clinical Learning and Development programs in alignment with an enterprise-wide learning strategy and objectives set with the executive team
• Oversee, maintain, and continuously adapt the company's Human Resources Information Systems, in cadence with RHA's business needs
Requirements
A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA, or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility with at least five years of executive HR experience implementing best-in-class HR strategies
Strong and progressive track record of success in senior executive human resources positions as a true business leader
SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred
