Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the HR function and operations of RHA Health Services, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the people strategy and prioritized objectives that support the vision of the company.

Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Field HR, and Employee Relations.

Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.

Ensure the company has a high-quality network of HR vendors and partners, including legal, benefits, HRIS, learning, recruiting, compensation, and more.

Act as a leading change agent for the company, continually assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, proactively seeking viable solutions, and communicating effectively across the company to drive performance and meaningful change.

Requirements:

A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA, or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility with at least five years of executive HR experience implementing best-in-class HR strategies.

Strong and progressive track record of success in senior executive human resources positions as a true business leader.
