As a Cruise Sales Leader, you will oversee a dedicated sales team comprising yourself and two Sales Assistants. Your primary responsibilities will include closing sales, surpassing sales targets, and expanding a profitable portfolio of clients. You will benefit from the support of two Sales Assistants focused on enhancing your sales efforts.
In the role of Cruise Sales Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Employing effective time management skills to engage with prospective travelers, researching optimal itineraries, and booking exceptional cruise and land vacations.
- Following up with clients to enhance their bookings with air travel, insurance, accommodations, pre/post packages, shore excursions, and additional services.
- Responding to cruise inquiries generated from our industry-leading online platform.
- Reconnecting with previous clients to arrange new cruise and land vacations.
- Utilizing consultative sales techniques to comprehend client needs and deliver tailored recommendations.
- Researching and developing personalized travel solutions using both online and offline resources.
- Achieving and exceeding team objectives, including performance metrics and activity levels.
- Effectively managing your time to meet daily sales goals.
- Documenting ongoing sales activities through Salesforce.
- Leveraging your two dedicated Sales Assistants to surpass sales targets.

Ideal candidates will possess:

- Experience with CRM systems for documenting daily interactions and activities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
