Job Overview
Tait North America is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expand our presence in the critical communications market. As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the critical communications sector.
  • BUILD AND MANAGE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Tait's solutions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and pipeline management updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven success in outside sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience in Land Mobile Radio or directly related technology.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and business acumen.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of developing new markets and managing a large territory, including demand generation, channel partner development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Must be an aggressive self-starter who can articulate Tait's product and business strategies and create the demand to grow the Tait brand.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
