We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Energy Account Growth Manager to join our team in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development of our Energy industry strategy. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our global delivery centers and clients to deliver high-quality products and services that meet their needs.

You will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Energy industry and its trends. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits. Our company culture values innovation, collaboration, and employee growth, providing opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

  • Work closely with global delivery centers to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Proven track record of success in the Energy industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
